Danica Patrick was fined $20,000 on Thursday for her actions after being involved in a crash with Kasey Kahne during the Auto Club 400 on Sunday.
NASCAR also fined Kyle Busch $10,000 for an incident at Fontana. In his case, Busch failed to make a mandatory post-race appearance before media members after Saturday's Xfinity Series race.

In addition, both drivers were placed on probation. Patrick's stint is four races; Busch's is through April 27.
According to media reports, Busch was not punished for a comment on team radio during the Xfinity race in which he sarcastically suggested NASCAR had fixed the race.
