Dak Prescott’s brother, Tad, is ready to give up his Dallas Cowboys fandom. After Dak and the Cowboys couldn’t come to an agreement on a long-term deal, Tad tweeted he might be cheering for another team soon.
Dak, 26, had until 4 p.m. ET to sign a long-term deal with the Cowboys. It didn’t get done, meaning he’ll play under the franchise tag in 2020. Depending on how things go this season, the Cowboys can tag Prescott again. If they still can’t work out a deal, Prescott would presumably sign elsewhere once he hits the free-agent market.
