A cyclist participating in the World Police & Fire Games died after being in a chain-reaction collision during time trials in a Northern Virginia park, the Prince William County Police said. Officer Jonathan Perok, a police spokesman, said in a news release that Carlos Silva, 48, of Brazil died at a hospital, and that two other cyclists injured in the collision were in critical condition.
