The city of Chicago has issued a ban on smokeless tobacco at sports venues, and players who break the rule could face fines, according to a report from ESPN.com.
The ban effectively outlaws chewing tobacco in team dugouts. It's well known that many players chew the substance in large quantities, so some of the Cubs' users were not pleased with the new rule.
