A match between Czech Republic and Croatia endured a scary moment in the 86th minute of play Friday.
As the game neared its conclusion, fans in the Croatian supporters' section threw flares and firecrackers onto the field of play. At least eight of the items made it on the field, and the reasoning appears to be in protest against their country's soccer governing body.
Yea. It was a demonstration all linked to corruption charges against 3 Croat officials. Certainly not hooliganism.

The scariest moment happened when a firecracker detonated under an employee attempting to clear the field.
