Trey Lance is focused on moving on from his preseason performance on Saturday.
The 24-year-old tossed five interceptions, including one in the final seconds of the Dallas Cowboys 26-19 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Following the game, Lance reflected on the performance and said that while he won't forget it, he is prepared to put it behind him.
"Ups and downs for sure," Lance said, per Jon Machota of The Athletic. "I turned the ball over too many times. … My confidence isn't going anywhere. This sucks. This is one I'm not going to forget about any time soon, but it's part of it.
