With the 2022 season opener just over a month away, Trevon Diggs shared on Monday his decision to step away from Twitter in preparation for the upcoming season.
The All-Pro cornerback revealed the choice came to him mid-way through Cowboys training camp, according to the team’s official website. He explained to reporters the decision to log out was made in an effort to better lock in ahead of his third pro campaign.
“It’s toxic,” said Diggs, who tied a franchise record with a league-leading 11 interceptions in 2021. “I used to be on Twitter a lot, but I’m in camp.
