As the Dallas Cowboys look to find some way to build any positive momentum, head coach Mike McCarthy's job is safe.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told The Athletic's Dianna Russini that he "has no plans to fire" McCarthy or any of the team's coordinators, nor does he intend to make any moves prior to the Nov. 5 trade deadline.
Jones has had an eventful week, though not for good reasons. He pushed back against questions during an appearance on Shan & RJ on 105.3 The Fan (h/t Jon Machota of The Athletic) on Tuesday about the state of the team following a 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 6.
