The Dallas Cowboys have placed wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on the reserve/did not report list as the superstar wideout sits out training camp in search of a new long-term contract.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relayed the news.
Rapoport previously reported on Sunday, July 28 that it "does sound like they are getting closer" regarding the Cowboys and Lamb, who is entering the final season of a rookie deal.
Lamb, 25, just enjoyed a fantastic 2023 season that ended with an NFL-high 135 catches, 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns.
