Tom Brady and his legal team will have an extra two weeks to decide whether they want to appeal his four-game Deflategate suspension.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said on Tuesday the Patriots quarterback has until May 23 to appeal for a rehearing — in front of the same three judges — or have a brand new hearing.

The judges ruled April 25 in a 2-1 decision that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was within his rights to suspend Brady for his alleged role in Deflategate, when under-inflated balls were supposedly used in the 2015 AFC championship against the Colts.
