Having vaulted to the top of the NFC East, the Washington Commanders made a big swing ahead of the NFL trade deadline by acquiring four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore from the New Orleans Saints.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Saints will receive a 2025 third-round draft pick plus additional compensation from Washington in exchange for Lattimore.
ESPN's Adam Schefter added New Orleans will also add a 2025 fourth-round pick and receive its own sixth-round pick back that was traded to Washington during preseason for John Ridgeway. The Commanders will also receive a fifth-round selection back in the deal.
