The Indianapolis Colts announced on Tuesday that quarterback Andrew Luck sustained multiple injuries during Sunday's win over the Denver Broncos that will keep him out for several weeks. Those injuries include a lacerated kidney and a partial tear of his abdominal muscle, per the Colts' official website.
"The injuries happened at the end of an early fourth-quarter scramble when Andrew was doing everything he could to get us the win," head coach Chuck Pagano said. "Andrew was sore after the game and was feeling a little worse Monday afternoon so we sent him to get tests.
