Chicago-based Levy Restaurants, the food vendor for multiple big league facilities, recently signed a multiyear contract to run general concessions and premium dining at the 20,000-seat arena under construction on the famed Vegas Strip.
As part of its agreement with AEG and MGM Resorts International, the arena's owners and operators, Levy aligned forces with Tony Abou-Ganim, one of the industry's leading bar professionals and founder of Modern Mixologist, a guide for pouring specialty cocktails.
