Clippers forward Blake Griffin has been medically cleared for all basketball activities and will return to game action April 3 against the Wizards, the team announced Sunday.
Griffin, who missed the last 41 games with a partially torn left quad tendon and right hand fracture after punching a team equipment manager, will begin serving a four-game team suspension on Sunday against the Nuggets. He returned to practice Saturday.
