Colts Wire
The Indianapolis Colts have a major need at the tight end position. So, not surprisingly, mock draft after mock draft has them adding to that position in the first round, and the emphasis is on bolstering the passing game from that position.
That, of course, needs to be improved. Last season, the entire Colts' tight end room hauled in 467 receiving yards--that's it.
However, when having these conversations about who the Colts should target at that position in the NFL draft, not to be forgotten about is the prospect's ability to make an impact as a blocker in the running game.
