The Chicago Fire have acquired Club Tijuana midfielder Juninho through the MLS allocation process, and have signed the Brazilian on loan to a one-year contract.
Chicago sent general allocation money, a second round pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft, and the No. 3 spot in the allocation order to Minnesota United FC in exchange for the No. 2 spot, which the Fire used to acquire the former LA Galaxy midfielder on loan with an option to purchase.
