Word broke late Monday night that Wynn Resorts and Casino is the first casino in Las Vegas that has decided to shut down both its sportsbooks and its poker room. One of the biggest areas that could be hit hard by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is the poker industry.There's been no word if poker rooms around the country, where players are touching and exchanging chips after every hand, have any plans to suspend operations.
