Rookie Chase Elliott and Sprint Cup veteran Matt Kenseth will start from the front row for Feb. 21's Daytona 500 after having the fastest times in Sunday's final round of qualifying.
Elliott, the 20-year-old replacement for Jeff Gordon in the No. 24, became the youngest driver to win the Daytona 500 pole. He had a speed of 196.314 mph in his second, single-lap time-trial run. Kenseth clocked in at 196.036 mph and will start on the outside of Row 1 for the Great American Race.

"This is a very, very cool day," Elliott told Fox Sports after qualifying.
