The San Diego Chargers cannot catch a break. Philip Rivers lost one of his top passing game targets during the preseason, when slot man Stevie Johnson tore his meniscus and was declared out for the season after surgery. In Week 1, Rivers' No. 1 wideout, Keenan Allen, was carted off the field with what was eventually revealed to be a torn ACL.
And now, on the Chargers' third drive of Week 2, pass-catching running back Danny Woodhead left the field on a cart after suffering an injury to his knee.
