Bellator shocked the MMA world last month when it lured former UFC welterweight title challenger Rory MacDonald. The California company is back at it this month.
It has signed former two-time UFC middleweight and light heavyweight title challenger Chael Sonnen to a multiyear, multifight contract after he was recently granted his release from the UFC. Sporting News confirmed the deal after initial reports by The Associated Press.
