Rams 'Talking' to Williams

Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported the news after Williams cleared waivers Tuesday. The timing makes sense since Janoris Jenkins was diagnosed with a concussion during the St. Louis Rams' Week 13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Seattle brought Williams aboard after Byron Maxwell bolted for the Philadelphia Eagles, but the 30-year-old didn't perform up to expectations.
