Caribou Coffee has the perfect solution for those late-season NFL games taking place in the deep freeze known as the upper Midwest. The Minnesota-based company signed a deal with the Vikings to sell coffee drinks blended with hard liquor at U.S. Bank Stadium, the team's new billion-dollar home in downtown Minneapolis.
Starting with Sunday's regular-season home opener against the Packers, Caribou Coffee, teaming with stadium concessionaire Aramark, will offer White Rushin', made with Kahlua and vodka, and Spiked Mint Condition, with peppermint schnapps, as well as Irish Coffee. The 16-ounce drinks cost $12 and will be sold exclusively at Caribou’s stand inside the Legacy Gate on the stadium’s west side.
