It’s too easy to clown the Browns for passing on Carson Wentz. After all, they're the Browns. They’re 0-3. They’re on their third quarterback heading into Week 4. That’s three, if you don’t count Terrelle Pryor sliding back to his old position and, in ways, making a case to get the starting job.
All the reasons the world is making fun of the Browns over Wentz, though, are the reasons they were smart in not taking him, and in trading his rights for a haul of draft picks.
All three of their quarterback starters have gotten hurt to some extent.
