Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Kevin Hogan has reportedly been granted permission to seek a trade, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
With the Browns acquiring veteran signal-caller Tyrod Taylor from the Buffalo Bills and likely to select a rookie quarterback with either the No. 1 or No. 4 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft, Hogan is in line to be a third-stringer next season if he remains in Cleveland.
