Amid his four-game substance abuse suspension, Josh Gordon appears to be in hot water once again.
An Ohio judge has issued an arrest warrant for the controversial Browns wide receiver after he failed to respond to numerous subpoenas in a paternity case, Cleveland.com reported Wednesday.
The team is aware of the warrant and issued a statement saying Gordon and his attorney are "working with the Cuyahoga County Courts to resolve this matter."
According to the report, Gordon was ordered to provide a DNA sample in the case by Sept. 25 but failed to respond.
