It would appear that Houston "won" by snatching new starting quarterback Brock Osweiler away from Denver. Then you remember the Texans overpaid for an unproven player, to the tune of four years, $72 million and more than half of it — $37 million! — guaranteed.
The punchlines have already begun about the reigning Super Bowl champions in the wake of Osweiler's departure and Peyton Manning's retirement.
