All those high knees on the flight over to England apparently paid off for Russell Wilson.
Wilson, who missed last week's game for the Denver Broncos due to a hamstring injury, will return on Sunday, according to coach Nathaniel Hackett.

The Broncos reported that Wilson had a full practice on Friday. Hackett told the media in London that Wilson would start against the Jacksonville Jaguars — barring a setback.
The Broncos have a bye next week, but Hackett said there was no thought to holding him out one more week to give him extra rest.
