Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson won't play in Week 8 with a bone bruise in his knee, and he might miss more time, according to NFL.com.
Anderson missed practice Wednesday to meet with doctors for a second opinion on the injury, and they were expected to determine how much time he'll need for recovery. The report suggested Anderson is expected to miss "a few weeks," and maybe more.
