As a team with a returning head coach, the Denver Broncos can begin their (voluntary) offseason workout program on Monday, April 21.
Because the sessions are voluntary, coach Sean Payton can't force the players to report for this portion of the offseason program. Fortunately, most players want to be there -- and many are already in the building.
“I think No. 1, we have a lot of players who are already back lifting and working out which is great, especially this time of the year," Payton said at the NFL's Annual League Meeting in Florida earlier this week.
