Could Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones receive shorter-than-expected suspensions for failing drug tests?
According to the United States Anti-Doping Agency's testing policy, both fighters are facing a maximum one-year ban, not the usual two-year ban.

The reason is the banned substances for which the pair tested positive, Hydroxy-clomiphene and the Letrozole metabolite, are considered "specified substances" under the World Anti-Doping Agency Code. Hydroxy-clomiphene is an anti-estrogenic agent. Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor. The Letrozole metabolite was found only in Jones' system.
The WADA Code states: "There is a greater likelihood that these (specified) substances could be susceptible to a credible non-doping explanation.
