Brewers outfielder arrested on trespass charge in Florida after several warnings

Brewers center fielder Keon Broxton was arrested in Tampa in the early morning hours Friday on a misdemeanor trespass charge, reports Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times. Police say Broxton refused to leave the scene of a fight.

Police were responding to a Florida Highway Patrol request for backup due to an "active fight" near Howard Avenue and Platt Street in Tampa. According to the arrest report, Broxton was "extremely intoxicated" and had "visible injuries to his face but declined medical attention.
