On Sunday, Peyton Manning passed Brett Favre as the NFL’s all-time leading passer (you know, before he got benched).

So the former Green Bay Packers legend congratulated the new No. 1—from the most appropriate place possible.

Favre, clearly out on a hunting trip, was perched in a tree when he recorded a video message for Manning.

It was genuine and very cool.
