NEW YORK — Attorneys for both the NFL and the Players Association made their cases in front of a federal judge Wednesday in an oral argument aimed at reaching a settlement to Deflategate.
Neither Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, nor NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell attended Wednesday's hearing.
Both sides are due back in court Aug. 31, during which both Brady and Goodell are required to attend.
