Boston marked the third anniversary of the marathon bombing with Friday's somber wreath-laying ceremony on what is now known as " One Boston Day ."
Mayor Martin Walsh and Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker joined relatives of the three who were killed April 15, 2013, as memorial wreaths were placed near the Boylston Street finish line, The Boston Globe reported .
