Florida State coaching legend Bobby Bowden was released from a Tallahassee hospital Wednesday after getting a pacemaker installed.
The 87-year-old Bowden was admitted to the hospital Friday for dehydration and nausea caused by antibiotics prescribed for a swollen salivary gland, the Tallahassee (Fla.) Democrat reported. It was then that doctors discovered he needed the pacemaker, which was installed Tuesday.

Bowden commended the hospital staff that took care of him, though his wife, Ann, said he's a little upset he can't hit the golf course for a month.
