Blue Jays manager John Gibbons ejected for third time in a week

It's been a rough week for John Gibbons.

The Blue Jays manager was ejected from a game for the third time in the past seven days Sunday after Twins starter Phil Hughes threw behind Josh Donaldson and Gibbons emerged from the dugout to argue with crew chief Joe West.

Hughes threw two pitches to the AL MVP in the fifth inning, one inside that nearly hit Donaldson, and one right behind him. Donaldson was upset and tried to talk to plate umpire Mark Ripperger before Gibbons came out of the dugout and argued with Ripperger and West, who came in from his spot at first base.
