According to a report from Ken Rosenthal of MLB Network and FOXSports.com, the Blue Jays and Padres have agreed to a trade that would send outfielder Melvin Upton Jr. to Toronto.
Neither team has confirmed the deal. But, as Rosenthal notes, the deal could be finalized on Tuesday.
