In hindsight, the football world has been unfair to Rex Ryan. He was largely considered the real clown of the Bills organization. Now we know that the red nose and floppy shoes were being worn by the people who hired him.
Those would also be the people who are going to have a hard time hiring his replacement. Or, they should, if the NFL head-coaching candidates out there have any standards — or any other options.
Consider them all, folks. The days since Ryan was fired have displayed the buffoonery of Bills management — starting with owners Terry and Kim Pegula — for one and all.
