The defending champion Blackhawks pulled the trigger on two trades Friday, acquiring forwards Tomas Fleischmann and Dale Weise and defenseman Christian Ehrhoff in two separate deals.
The Blackhawks sent forward Phillip Danault and a 2018 second-round pick to Montreal for the forwards. Earlier, Chicago dealt Rob Scuderi to Los Angeles for Ehrhoff.
