The felony charge that Blackhawks prospect Garret Ross was facing under Illinois' new revenge-porn law has been dropped, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.
According to the report, prosecutors dismissed the case upon learning Ross was in his home state of Michigan when he shared a sexual image without the person's consent, leaving Illinois law enforcement with no jurisdiction over the case.
