When the Bills hired Kathryn Smith as their special teams quality control coach this offseason, they made her the first full-time female coach in the NFL.
Because of her trail-blazing status, the White House invited her to the Women’s History Month Reception that took place earlier this week. Women who have made an impact in various fields were invited, and Smith was happy to be among them.

"Attending the Women’s History Month Reception at the White House was an absolutely amazing experience,” Smith said, via the Bills' website.
