The N.F.L.’s revamped personal conduct policy is being tested again, this time by a coach, not a player.
On Sunday, sheriff’s deputies in Walton County, Fla., arrested Buffalo Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer on a misdemeanor battery charge for assaulting a boy.
According to the sheriff’s office, Kromer and his son confronted three boys on Saturday who had been fishing out of chairs they had left on a beach. The victims told the police that Kromer “grabbed their fishing pole and threw the pole into the water and then pushed one of the boys to the ground and punched him in the face.
