10 Sean Elliott, 1999 Spurs vs. Trail Blazers

Trailing by as many as 18 points in Game 2 of the 1999 Western Conference Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers, the San Antonio Spurs pulled to within 2 in the final minute. Elliott nearly fell down as he received the inbounds pass and shot an off-balanced go-ahead 3-pointer with his heels hovering over the edge of the sideline.
