It’s one controversy after another for Patriots fans.
A week after the court’s overruling of Tom Brady’s suspension that supposedly marked the end of ‘Deflategate’, the Steelers’ headsets cut-out during the team’s opening game loss to the Patriots. Naturally, that prompted a wave of questions about whether the headset malfunction was intentional.
Speaking to CBS Pittsburgh about both the headset controversy and Spygate, Ben Rothlesberger said that, as a rookie in 2004, he always felt that the Pats knew some of the plays the team was calling:
“Whether we were outcoached or outplayed or they had some kind of a leg up, I always felt that they knew some of our offensive plays.
