The Cincinnati Bengals will have plenty of options when they pick in the first round of this week's NFL draft.
Some options will be better than others, of course. Zac Taylor and the Bengals would prefer if the prospect they pick can provide an instant impact, potentially on the defensive side of the ball where things are rebuilding under coordinator Al Golden.
That's the line of thinking from Bleacher Report's Brent Sobleski, who writes that edge rusher James Pearce out of Tennessee is the one prospect the Bengals must avoid in Round 1:
"Even if the Bengals choose to go with a defensive player, Tennessee's James Pearce Jr.
