The 2016 Belmont Stakes is lacking a Triple Crown, but the race still gives us plenty to be excited about. Wednesday's post position draw will determine the field for the Belmont and help set the morning line odds from the track once the posts are determined.
The Belmont post position draw will begin at 11 a.m. ET from Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y., with doors opening for attendance a half hour earlier. American Pharoah started from post No. 5 in the 8-horse field last year en route to a dominating performance and the first Triple Crown in nearly four decades.
