Bears coach John Fox, GM Ryan Pace will get the chance they deserve

Bears head coach John Fox and general manager Ryan Pace will get another chance to help Chicago right the ship in the competitive NFC North, ESPN reported Sunday.

Fox, who went 46-18 in four seasons with the Broncos, has failed to live up to the hype now two years into his four-year deal with the Bears. Chicago is 9-22 during that time.

The Bears suffered numerous injuries this season, most notably at quarterback. The team's Week 1 starter Jay Cutler was in-and-out of the lineup all year and largely ineffective when active. Brian Hoyer looked sharp during his starts but broke his arm in a Week 7 loss to the Packers.
