Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman likely is headed to a grand jury after being accused of sexual assaulting a Baylor student.
The woman says Oakman forced her into his bedroom and into removing her clothes, leading up to the assault. Oakman, 24, told police he had consensual sex with the woman, according to an affidavit obtained by Pro Football Talk. Oakman has not been formally charged, as the grand jury will decided what charges, if any, he can be brought in on.
