As many as six former assistant coaches witnessed Jerry Sandusky sexually abuse children across three decades at Penn State, according to a report from NBC News.
Court documents first revealed by PennLive.com on Thursday allege two coaches apparently witnessed said abuse in 1987 and '88. Sources told NBC News that another assistant coach witnessed an incident in the late 1970s, and three more allegedly saw inappropriate behavior between Sandusky and boys in the early-to-mid-1990s.
A lawyer for one of the three latter coaches denied his client saw anything, while the second coach declined to comment.
