Aroldis Chapman is eligible to debut for the Yankees on Monday, the culmination of a 30-game ban from Major League Baseball — one of the first punishments doled out under the league's new domestic violence policy.
Three other players have been investigated since the policy went into affect last August. All of them are Latinos. And in an interview with the New York Times, Chapman seems to suggest this isn't a coincidence, but instead, targeting borne from cultural misunderstandings and money-seeking.
